1. Acceptance of Terms

2. Eligibility

You must be of legal drinking age in Singapore (18 years old) to purchase alcohol through the website. By placing an order, you confirm that you meet the legal requirements for purchasing alcoholic beverages.

a. The website offers a selection of alcoholic and non-alcoholic beverages and related items for sale.

b. All orders are subject to availability and confirmation.

c. You agree to provide accurate, current, and complete information when placing an order.

4. Pricing and Payment

a. Delivery is available only on NTU campus, except for approved event orders.

b. You must provide accurate delivery information, including address and contact details.

c. Delivery times are estimates and may vary due to factors beyond our control.

d. Someone of legal drinking age must be present to accept alcohol deliveries and provide proof of age.

e. Due to our legal obligation as a registered and licensed business, any orders made after 10.30pm will only be delivered the next working day onwards.

6. Self pickup

All self pickups are to be collected within 15 minutes of the agreed upon time. Any no shows during this collection window will result in postponement of your self pickup to either a later time or the next working day.

7. Returns and Refunds

b. Refunds for alcohol products will be issued in accordance with applicable laws and regulations.

8. Age Verification

a. By placing an order for alcoholic products on the website, you confirm and implicitly represent that you are of legal drinking age in Singapore.
