Where do you deliver?

Orders processed on this website will only be delivered to NTU. Any orders made out to addresses outside of NTU will be fully refunded and cancelled. For event orders, please order them through Telegram DMs @ntuttimesupport

When do you deliver?

We deliver Monday to Friday, 8pm to 12am, subjected to changes depending on our riders' availability. Please refer to our Telegram channel for our updated weekly delivery schedules.

Do you deliver on the same day?

Yes we do! Please refer to the question above to see when we deliver.

How do you deliver?

After selecting your desired date and time for delivery using our website's delivery date and time picker, we will contact you to confirm that someone will be there to receive the items at the estimated arrival time before delivery. Please ensure you remain contactable during our delivery hours so we do not postpone your delivery.

Where is the self pick up point?

We offer self pick up at NTU hall of residence 16 carpark entrance. It is the carpark in front of 16B and 16D, you can refer to the picture guide in the Telegram channel for a more detailed view.

How does self pick up work?

After selecting your desired date and time for self pickup using our website's self pickup date and time picker, we will confirm your pickup timing via text. Rest assured, your order will not be left unattended, our staff will hand you the items personally. Therefore, any no shows within 15 minutes of the agreed upon time may result in your self pick up time being postponed to either a later time or the next working day.

What are your operating hours?

The website accepts orders 24 hours, 7 days a week and we deliver Monday to Friday, 8pm to 12am (subjected to changes).

What happens if I order after 10.30pm?

It will only be delivered the next working day.

Our store is a registered business with a license to sell and deliver alcohol. Therefore we operate in accordance with Singapore's laws and cannot sell and deliver any alcohol past 10.30pm at premises other than the licensed premises stated in our license.

Do you accept PayNow?

Yes we do! We accept most mainstream payment methods, including but not limited to PayNow.

My delivery is late, what do I do?

We apologize in advance for any late deliveries, but don't worry, our telegram support chat will remain open during operating hours.

Is there a minimum order value?

Yes there is. The minimum order value is $30 for delivery and $15 for self pickup.

Do you charge GST?

All prices are inclusive of GST and are therefore final.
